I applied for a teaching job in Tanzania as soon as I saw the posting. My application was "submitted and is pending review" by the recruitment team. I applied for this position on March 20. It's been 4 months and my application status has not changed. I've only applied for one other position (in Senegal), and I knew within a few weeks that my application was unsuccessful. How long exactly does/can this process take? How long does it take for a job application to be reviewed?
