Can I reapply for a position once its closed?

After reading the post about the "bugs", I realized that my application may have been rejected because my profile is incomplete. I would like to complete everything minus the references and then resubmit. The question is "how" ? I don't see an option to re-apply once closed. This is for the position of Autism specialist in Qatar. I believe I am qualified, but I made some errors creating my profile and didn't realize until too late. The posting still says there are 5 positions open so I would like to try again. Please advise.

    Hi Kenya, thanks for your question. Unfortunately, your application was closed based on the details provided in your CV. This Autism specialist position is highly specialized with extensive background and training with autism teaching programs and models. Several key words are missing that would be necessary to meet the minimum requirements of this school. However you are certified and experienced for general special education roles. Please feel free to apply for other special education roles! Good luck!
