Experience and Certification

Hello,

 

I am really considering applying to teach elementary for August 2016. I have about two years’ experience teaching Pre-K, Third and Fourth grade yet I am still currently working on getting my certification. Is it possible I would be hired as a candidate without certification?

    Also I have my Masters in Early Childhood Education and is currently working on my Masters in Educational Leadership. Will this also help me get a position? Since I only have to take 2 more test for certification.
