What to do if no one called for the phone interview?

I recieved a phone interview email and I replied back saying that I could accept the interview on 10/18/2016 4:20pm est. I did not recieve a respose back and no one called me today. I even called her to confirm but there was no answer by phone or email.

    Hello Lashanita;

    Welcome to the forum! I checked with your placement coordinator and she will be in touch with you to set up an alternative time, and she is your best resource to check on the status of your application and ask any questions that you might have. Do make sure that you are checking your voicemails as if they are unable to reach you for the scheduled time, they will leave a voice mail for you and will follow up with an email
