Hello, I have applied to the Teach Away program about two weeks ago.I have also clicked the apply button for schools abroad.
How do you know things are in motion?
How do you know if you have been accepted or denied?
Is there a link?

    Hello Mercedez:

    You can check on the status of your application by clicking the button labelled "My Applications" on your profile for all non-direct to school positions at www.teachaway.com.

    If your application status is "closed" -- this indicates that your application was reviewed and did not meet the requirements of the job posting, that the position had already been filled by another candidate or that the school decided not to move forward with your application. We encourage you to continue applying.

    If your application meets the requirements of the job posting, our coordinators will be in touch with you within one to two weeks for a pre-screening. Due to the volume of applications we receive each day, we do not contact applicants if they are denied. Our advice is to keep an open mind, to apply, and to keep checking your application status on your profile.
