Non- native english teachers in UAE

I would like to ask you how difficult is for a non native english physics teacher to find a teaching job in UAE. In most jobs I can see that native english speaking is a must. Also, I can see in many jobs that for non natives IELTS 6.5 is required. If you are non natives what difficulties did you experience? Also, what about salary differences between english native and non native teachers? Finally, is it true that the salaries are high because the retirement package is included?

    I am an M.Sc(Ag) from Bangladesh Agricultural University; served more than 20 years under the Bangladesh Government with full satisfaction of the authority as Principals, Senior Instructor and others for more than 10 years in teaching and training management.
    I have conducted most of the subjects e.g., English, Bengali, Agriculture, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and other Science subjects along with management of academic, administrative, lesson plans, curriculum activities, examinations etc.
    Being a Teacher, Principal and leader of the school prepared educative programs to visit related projects with the students/trainees to develop their skills through demonstrations and seeing is believing practices. Supplied subject related teaching materials to the students for updating knowledge & current affairs. Conducted weekly debate and use of computers, audiovisual aids to supplement presentations. Held Guardians-Day to resolve any possible academic issues, curriculum design and future skill development planning of the students suited for the 21st century.
    In Bangladesh, only I have been achieved APPRECIATION LETTER from my higher authority for conducting practical teaching/training successfully.
    Received “Standard English Course aimed to Develop Skills ”from Bedford English Study Centre, the UK, “Storage of durable Agriculture products in the tropics” from TDRI, Slough, the UK, Extension Principles & Extension Management from Chiang Mai University, Thailand,” “Teaching methods, TOT, Teaching Certificate etc. from CERDI, Dhaka. Written articles eg, “Integrated Organic Farming”.“Healthy Soil Begets Healthy Nation”, “Banana Cultivation Technology,” etc.
    I am very much interested in teaching/training to develop KAS (Knowledge Attitude and Skills) of the students/target groups in the Gulf/China
