Are all of the documents in the drop-down menu required?

Hello. 1) How do I send a copy of my passport? 2)Are references required before applying for a job? 3) I have a bachelors in spec education, masters and specialist in school counseling. However, I have not landed a job in school counseling yet. Will I be able to teach anything else? Thanks.

    Hi Catherine, to answer your questions:
    1) you don't have to upload a copy of your passport at this time, but we will need it at a later stage (during your second interview with us.) You can use a scanner to scan your passport or use a scanner app on your smartphone.
    2) References are optional until after the pre-screen interview stage. If you are invited for a second interview, you will need to upload your references.
    3) I checked your profile and based on your experience, it seems you are a good candidate for spec ed teaching positions. For most of our counselling positions, a few years of counselling experience is required, so you might not qualify for those positions at this time. Make sure you take a look at the job descriptions and requirements to see if you have the necessary experience and certifications.
