When I had applied for some teaching positions a cover letter was not uploaded at the time. I have however since then uploaded it. Can I reapply for those positions which are closed on this premise?

If your education and experience information were complete and up to date when you submitted your application, a cover letter would not have been necessary at this time to progress to the next stage of the process. Ensuring the education and experience sections of your profile is as up to date as possible is most important when initially applying for jobs.
