Can you teach in Germany without a teacher's licence

HI Everyone,

I have been an elementary educator for over 20 years. I want to teach abroad in Europe. I am interested in Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Czech republic and the Netherlands. I don't know where to even start.??

    Hi Valerie,

    Teaching positions abroad will require a teaching license. However, ESL instruction positions will not! I recommend applying to English abroad. Are you a native English speaker?

    I'm a English graduate teacher, 50 years of age and will I be able to teach in Germany. Thanks.

    Hi Sepali,

    At age 50, you shouldn't have much difficulty acquiring a German work visa. However, in order to secure a teaching position in Germany, you will likely require a teaching license.

    I'm not a licensed teacher but I'm currently teaching English here in Ecuador but my contract ends this week. Can I get any link to vacancy to continue somewhere else ?
