Licensed teacher in my home country but no degree

I am a female Native speaker from South Africa. I have a National diploma in HRM from a college in SA and a PGCE from the University of South Africa.
I am in the process of applying for my permanent teachers license from the South African council for Educators (SACE) I am certified to teach in my home country, I also taught in South Korea in the TaLK programme.

Can I get hired for a teaching position anywhere in the UAE?
What are my options to teach as an ESL instructor in the UAE or any where else in the world?

How can I get a teaching job abroad?

Please assist me as I have sent applications but dont get a response thereafter...??

In terms of UAE-specific positions, the general requirements across the board include (this might change over time):

1. A Bachelor's degree, at minimum
2. A current teaching license from your local government, or A TESL/TEFL certification, relevant to whatever subject you wish to teach (for example, if you wanted to teach math, you will need a teaching license in math; a TESL or TEFL is not a teaching license)
3. Two years of relevant teaching experience at the required teaching level (for example, if you were applying to teach high school level English, then you would need to have had at least two years of teaching high school English; elementary or middle school level would not be accepted)
