Hello, i am an indian teacher having BACHELORS OF EDUCATION DEGREE..... want decent job in korea or dubai . is my degree valid in these countries. please explain

Yes, your degree is valid, but to be hired as a teacher in a school in Dubai or Korea, you will need to have a teaching license/certification in addition to your degree. For ESL roles, you'll likely require a TEFL certification and to be a native English-speaker.
