He currently works for ATNT but not sure what he can do out there? Also would they pay for my daughter to attend school there? What is the student population? She only speaks English.

Welcome to the forum! I would recommend you to take a look at our job board and have a look at the Teaching Job Benefits, for all information on what the job offers you, this will include any dependents and their coverage .
I would also encourage you to do your own independent research on the job availability for your husband.

What options for transportation are there? Do they have extra curricular for kids? Can I apply now for a job August of 2017? Where are the apartments located? In the city? Can anyone live there or are they just for the teachers?
