    Hello Brett,

    I have applied for the health science/education position a few days ago. Can you please give me a feedback on where I stand with the qualifications? I am working on getting a teaching certificate but I may not have it before August.

    Hi Dr. Rennes T.,

    Congrats on getting your application in!

    You may be in luck, as it appears a teaching license is not a necessity for these roles. It also looks like you have a TEFL certification, which should be very helpful for your application. At the current time it looks like you have some submitted applications that are being reviewed by our team and in some cases, by the hiring school.

    Please keep an eye on your application status in your teacher dashboard for updates on your job app statuses.

    I have just completed my application and would like to know about the English test I see others referring to. I have a Master in education and over 13 years of teaching experience in the USA public school system and Charter districts. The opportunity to teach away for a year is very exciting and I have just added applications to Abu Dhabi on the portal. What else can I do to make my application stand out.

    Hi Rudo,

    It sounds like you have some fantastic experience and qualifications for an education job overseas. As long as your profile is complete and contains all of this information - including your teaching license - you should be good to go.

    Is your teacher profile 100% complete?

    Also, keep in mind you can apply for multiple jobs at the same time to maximize your chances of finding an opportunity to teach overseas.
