What can I do to increase my employability?

Ohayo, minna-san! I've no professional experience teaching and my background is in music. I do feel that I have something the I can offer students. I'm a hardcore grammar fiend and I love teaching people. I belive that submersion is the only way for one to truly learn a language. Am I wrong? What can I do to increase my employability? I have a lot to offer and not having an English degree is apparently a deterrent. Help please? I want nothing more than this. I have a lot to offer.

    Hi Jeff, thanks for your question. Please note I edited your forum topic so others looking for more info about this can easily identify this topic. All our positions require a minimum of a Bachelors degree at this time. If you have a Bachelors degree (could be Science, Arts, Business... not necessarily English!), you could consider one of our ESL teaching positions, if you have native proficiency in the English language.
