Why a certificate when there is a Diploma?

I have an M.A diploma from a British University on TESOL, so why do I keep getting a warning about a certificate? Certificate instead of a diploma? I do not think so.

plus, I have applied for 3 jobs and all of them are closed. If the vacancy is full, remove the application link, and we deserve a reasonable  explanation on every closed application. No hard feelings, but this is getting boring and pointless.

    Welcome to our forum! I had a look at your profile and the positions you have applied for are certified teaching positions and as a minimum requirement you will need to have a teaching license and certified teaching experience. TESOL is not a teaching certificate, I invite you to have a look at this link (https://www.teachaway.com/teacher-certification) to find out more about teaching certification.

    I would encourage you to have a look at our job board, search through our ESL teaching jobs, keep an open mind and apply to the jobs that interest you
