Does age play a major factor into who is contacted by a recruiter?

I am in my late 50s. Will this affect my chances of being selected for an interview?

    In a number of countries (e.g., Korea, China, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia), there is an upper age limit. In a few countries there is a minimum age requirement or recommendation, often around 25.
