How to respond to interview offer?

A few days ago I received an email asking to set up a job interview but when I hit reply, I could only reply to myself.  I was very interested in the position in Kyrgyzstan so how do I get back in touch to confirm/reschedule the interview if email doesn't work?

    Hi Caitlyn, for that particular position in Kyrgyzstan, it is a Direct to School job, so we do not do the interview process for them. You'll need to contact the school directly, and there should be some means to contact them back in the email.

    There was no way to contact back. The email just simply said "Could you please attend a Skype interview Wednesday at 6pm China standard time (10am London time)? When I hit reply, my email appears in the To: section.

    What are the expectations during the phone interview?
