Hi! My application is under review and I've completed the phone interview. I'm worried because none of my references have received the emails. I advised them to check their junk mail and spam. I'm worried I will not get the offer because of this. What should I do? Does anyone know why they haven't received the references. Did anyone else experience this. Thanks

    I'm not sure. I hope someone on the forum can help. I don't want this to affect my chance of intervening in person during the fall.

    With a few, the people I sent the reference questions to, they deleted them by accident so I clicked on the garbage can to delete them. I then filled out their info again and resent to them.

    Great I will do that and perhaps send it to their personal accounts. I think sending it the their professional emails may also be the issues. Thanks

    Hi All;

    Great question! Through your Dashboard you are able to delete and add a reference(same one if needed) so that they receive another email requesting them to fill out the reference. Keep in mind, if they are having trouble with filling out the form, they are provided with our information to resolve the issue.

    We always recommend to add in your references early in your application.

    every email I put in the reference form is getting a message stating that the format is invalid. Is there any way this can get corrected so I can continue the application process
