Hi Janice! 

Do I have to include my references when I upload my resume? If I do upload them now, when will you contact my employer? I would not like them to be contacted before I can let them know I am seeking another position out of respect. Please advise. Thanks for all your help.

    Hi Kenya, you don't have to include your references inside your resume document. Rather, you can upload your references on your dashboard. Also, references are optional during this early stage of application. You can submit these later after your prescreen if you prefer. However, we won't contact your references until a later stage and your placement coordinator will double check with you before we contact them.

    Hello, question please about the Reference Request section of the application: One of my references is retired, therefore doesn't have a 'website', and it says it is required; I also have homeschool teachers as references, and they also don't have a 'website' - how do I put in that information when that one piece is required but not available? Thank you.
