Resume Uploading Complications

Hello everyone! I've had trouble uploading my resume. Initially I had uploaded my resume some time ago and had no problems with that, however, as I wanted to post an updated CV, I have been having nothing but problems. Initially whenever I'd attempt to delete the old resume and upload the new one, the old resume would always appear. After numerous attempts of uploading the updated resume, I now am unable to see any resume at all. Here is the message I get when attempting to open my CV :

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated as I feel like my CV not appearing/working is seriously sabotaging my chances of getting an English teaching position, preferably in China. Once again, I'd be so grateful for any assistance with this.

    Hi. Can anyone please assist? I am also having problems uploading my updated resume. The updated resume does not open once uploaded stating unable to open. This is a serious problem because i am receiving messages stating application incomplete and because of this my application is declined. Would the co-ordinators please be able to check my status because the teach away web site is faulty and frustrating as i am desperately trying everything i can.

    Hi Kevin and Denise,

    I apologize for the inconvenience our resume uploader seems to be causing for you!

    I am going to look into this with our tech team and see what the issue might be.

    In the meantime I'm going to ask some questions that might help shine some light on the issue:
    - What filetypes were you attempting to upload? I recommend trying a .doc, .docx, or PDF.
    - What browser were you using? Try a different browser and see if you have success.
    - Have your tried again since the failed attempt? It could have been a server error on our end; trying again later could solve the problem.

    Please let me know the status of your issue as soon as you can!

    I am unable to upload my resume. When I click the upload file icon it seems not to be working because it does not open. Please assist.

    I am in the same boat, can’t upload picture, resume or any documents. The link isn’t working. Is there a solution?

    I am experiencing the same problem. I uploaded my resume and I could save it, but when I wanted to view it, all I get is an error notice. It's pretty frustrating. Please look into this problem as soon as possible.

    I can't upload anything neither!!
