How long does it take to get a reapond from a job application

I am an South African teacher seeking to teach in china/Hong Kong and want to know after I registered and applied for a few jobs is it easy getting a job in china and is the process long

    While I wouldn't say getting hired is "easy" for any position, some jobs definitely have lesser requirements and perhaps a less demanding rigorous interviewing process than others.

    Thank you so much Brett. I have a few other questions regarding teaching oversea. I applied for a few jobs now including the one you added ,thank you for that. I just want to know how long does it take to get a respond from the applied jobs and is the process easy from application to working abroad. What can I do form my side to speed up the process and to get a respond from applied jobs.
