I have four dependants, and am trying to add them. Unfortunately, I can't because that section is requesting passport information. None of us have passports. What do I do?
Hi Johari, not a problem! The passport info is actually not required at this stage, so you can add their details (name, dob, etc) without the passport info. One small thing we're trying to fix is that the issue/expiry dates will be automatically filled out for the passport, so you will have to change the date of the expiry to be at least a day later than the issue date.
