What kind of questions will be asked in interviews?

I am studying to be a qualified teacher and I will be a newly qualified teacher in August 2017. I am waiting to hear back from different places but I would really like to prepare some answers for general questions that are asked in interviews for teaching positions.

    The top three questions I have been asked as my interviews, even as a graduate teacher are:
    1. Why should we employ you?
    2. What are strengths and weaknesses?
    3. What level of planning have you been involved in?

    My suggestion to you is to keep it simple and only use examples you have actually applied/employed yourself. Stick to the fact and always tell the truth. Especially Q1 because this shows the interviewers you are a reflective teacher.
