Is there a chance for non-native English speakers to get a job?

I would like to ask also if there is a possibility for a non-native English teacher to get a job ? I speak English fluently and without accent, plus I got the BA university degree in Applied Linguistics, the field was concentrating on mastering English to a very high level.

If you have native proficiency, even if it's not your first language, that is fine.

I would also like to know if i can be considered to teach English especially in my case as an African from Ghana where English is our official language? I graduated 2 years ago with a PGD in Education and currently about to complete my IB Educator certificate in teaching and learning from USA.
