I wanted to teach in Malaysia and also done my PHD from there if any one has information plz tell me

    I recently went to have a look around for a week. It was not a lot of time, but I did get some impressions. I was in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. The population is heavily Muslim so that may affect your teaching style and content, if you are planning on working in public schools. The private schools seemed to be based on the U.K. system but I m sure there are some North American schools too. I was expecting Georgetown in Penang to be more English but it was not obviously so. Both towns had free buses. Yeh.
