I plan on applying for a number of English Teaching jobs and as such would modify the cover letter within my CV for each school.
The site, as far as I can see, allows me to only upload one version of my resume.
Surely, this would put me, as a candidate, at a disadvantage as prospective employers would see just a generic cover letter?
