Hi everyone, 

Can someone provide some tips on how standard resume/CV should look like, and what kind of things should be on it??? Should I include work experience not related to teaching on my resume/CV, or not?

Also, I have only part-time teaching experience for about 6 years, only Saturday school for approximately 3 hrs per week. Would this be considered as a reasonable amount of teaching experience. I also did some minor supply teaching for a local school board as a licenced teacher, only for about 3 months. 

In addition, I was wondering if non-native English speakers are considered as less favourable compared to native English speakers during hiring process.

    Welcome to the forum! I would recommend you to have a read through this blog post on some tips on resumes : https://www.teachaway.com/2013/05/02/5-tips-for-creating-a-resume-to-teach-abroad and keep in mind that there are plenty of resources for you to use on the internet and I encourage you to do so to tailor your resume as best as you can!

    Positions often require full time experience, that being said, all relevant experience is valuable
