Should I create a new cover letter for each position?

Good Morning,

I'm wondering what information the prospective employers see once I appy to a position?  Will they see my profile as I see it? More specifically, should I write an individual cover letter for each position or will the employers expect a general cover letter.  I am also asking this because I would like to apply to different conutries and I don't want a position in Mexico to read a cover letter for UAE.

    Hi Erin, whether the schools will see the cover letter will depend on the school and if they are a direct to school position. We recommend that you either create a general cover letter and not specify which country you are looking to teach in, or leave out the cover letter entirely.

    I have a BA in English and completed alternative certification. I have a probationary certificate with the Texas Education Agency through 2017. Am I still qualified for a teaching position?

    Hi Melanie, just to clarify, does this mean you won't get your teaching license until 2017? If this is the case, at this moment, you won't qualify for any certified teaching positions. However, once you have your teaching license, then your experience will start to count as post certified experience and you can apply for licensed teaching positions.

    I uploaded my cover letter for a job and now when I hit quick apply I am worried all employers will see the same cover letter, could you tell me where in my profile I can edit my cover letter?
