Hello to all, are there any of you applying to jobs specifically in the middle east with Early Ed degrees? I am currently a Prek teacher and have experience teaching this age group. I have my early ed teaching degree, not license. Does anyone know if I will have a chance of being offered employment? Are there any others who studied Early Education/Childhood? It seems that many of the kindergardens in countries such as the UAE are similar to PreK in the United States as the age groups of these classes are pretty much the same. Any response would be much appreciated!

    Regarding your first question, if you are certified by your regional teacher licensing authority to teach, then you can apply for certified teaching jobs, especially those in Early Education.

    Hopefully someone else on the forum can share their experience teaching PreK abroad!

    Yes I have been applying for those specific jobs, and hopefully someone has some experience and can let me know about it.

    Hello to all, l have degree in Early childhood education and have more than four years experience in teaching in Ghana. I like to apply to teach in USA.I'm a mother of three, 5,3 and 1 year.What happens to my kids if I'm employed to teach in USA. Thanks.

    Hi Ernestina, your comments about your children are kind of vague. Are you asking what will happen like if they go to school? Anyway, if you teach at a school, schools usually give you discounts to attend the school that you teach at.
