I just applied for a position in te "Teach Away programme" I wonder what I have to do next

I am a Mexican  university English teacher who is interested in sharing my teaching expertise with other teachers around the globe. I am mainly interested in  language learning strategies which I consider are the  key  factor to be successful at language learning.

I am really excited about the idea of joining this programme and get to know other cultures and llearn from them

    Kia ora Adrianna,

    Les here from New Zealand. In short (I've been applying for jobs since late March, and added two this morning), once you've applied, keep an eye on your dashboard. I've not seen a change in status yet for any of my applications i.e. from 'Submitted' to any other of the statuses of my application. The average is about three weeks (for jobs in the UAE) and from there the process shifts from either a call, a skype interview (and even some instances two interviews) and then an offer. Friends here in NZ say it becomes a waiting game and one just has to be patient. FYI - I am a bilingual and immersion teacher of te reo Māori (the indigenous language of New Zealand).
