(One of) References not sent!

I entered my references last week, but I've checked with the colleagues I entered, and one of them (Dr. F.H) has not received an e-mail from you yet (I asked him to check his junk e-mail accounts and they are not there.)
The other two of my references have received your email though.
Any advise please?

    Hi Dimitrios,

    This sounds like a technical error on Dr. F.H's server side. For some reason, whether it's an email client or IP error, he is not receiving the email from us.

    Unfortunately there's not much I can do other than let you know the email did successfully send on our end.
