Hello, I worked in China for one year, a month before completing my contract, they fired me for no reason. It is a school that advertises on this website often, which is very sad. I believed they fired me because I did not want to sign again with them, they had the staff to cover my classroom for the last month, and if fired they did not have to pay my completion bonus. The reasons stated are very vague. I went to a lawyer they did not understand why I was fired, took them to court I won, however they took it to another level because knowing I would have to return to the country to continue with the paperwork process. I am in the right, I am just wondering my legal rights, this is a bit out of control. Thanks
