How to reapply to a position that you were interested before?

One of th job positions i applied for a few months ago has reopened, and at that time when I was applying, I submitted my application by mistake. Now that they are reopening the position, I would love to reapply properly this time, but the Apply Now button is marked as an "Applied" button. How can I make sure that the recruiters notice my updated profile, and give me a chance to showcase my interest and skills in that job category?

    Hi Wei-Ni, I just forwarded your profile to the recruiter for this position and it seems the school for the Business English teaching position really wants someone with more business or ESL teaching background at this time. If you're set on teaching this, I recommend you try to volunteer at your local community and reapply after gaining some more ESL teaching experience.     There is a job in the UAE that I have applied unfortunately it was unsuccessful. I would like to reapply for this job but it still says “applied” is there anything I can do ?
