I ve 33 years teaching experience and B.ED degree also and i ve a degree in Indian classical music (vocal).

    I prefer school adminstrative post asi have been holding a post of principal sunce 6 years.

    It sounds like you have some great credentials - you don't necessarily require a TEFL, although being a native English speaker is certainly an important asset to many employers hiring through Teach Away.
