Hi Janice, 

1. What documents are mandatory to load other than the resume? Do I have to load a copy of my actual Bachelors and Masters degrees or is my teaching license enough?  

2. Also if applying for 2 different positions, do I create one general cover letter or one for each position to which I'm applying?

    Hi Kenya, the resume is really the only thing mandatory. Bachelors and Masters degrees are good but compulsory. Note that sometimes, some countries will require this documentation for issuing work visas. For the cover letter, we highly recommend that you create one generic one rather than one for each job or country. Again, this is compulsory and not required. Hope that helps, Kenya!
