"2 years experience"

Hi, 

 I am a recent graudate with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I am currently studying to earn my Master's degree in Reading Education. I was hoping to teach abroad after graduation in May 2017. I have had teaching experiences through my internships and clinicals but have not had my own classroom. Would this qualify as my "two years experience" or does it have to be in my own classroom?

    I believe it has to be in your own classroom but also it depends on the school. If you had student teaching some schools would accept it as experience.

    Hi Dana,
    The "two years experience" refers to post-qualification teaching experience, so unfortunately it doesn't sound like your experience would count towards it. However, having these are definitely a huge plus, so please add these to your application and resume.
