Hi,

I don't know about the process but I applied on March 27, 2017 and got reply through email today, March 29, 2017. They scheduled me for an online interview through Skype and it just so happened that I'm online so I had the interview with one of the "staff", I don't know what department he is but I believe it's regarding my application on the posting (English ESL Teacher - Shenzhen Seadragon Education Service - China) posted on TeachAway.com. The guy told me to wait for an email confirmation for the next schedule of interview. My question is, is this how really it goes, the process? It's not that I'm not happy but I just want to confirm that everything is legit. Are all the postings on your website are legit?

    Welcome to the forum! Typically, yes. For all direct to school positions will connect with you directly to schedule an interview, over the phone or skype. I would recommend you to take the opportunity, confirm with them that you are being contacted because you have applied through Teach Away and also ask any question you might have as well about the position you are going to accept to make sure it is the right fit for you!
