Can I teach English abroad?

Hi TeachAway community, I'm a young teacher from Malaysia. I've recently graduated with a Bachelor of Education in TESL (Hons) from a public university in Malaysia. Cumulatively, I've more than 2 years of teaching experience (young to adult learners). 

So, can I teach English abroad with a B.Ed from Malaysia and considering the fact I'm not a native speaker of English from US/UK/AUS, however I speak English with a native-like ability. I know that South Korea only accepts native speakers especially from the US. How about other countries? WIll I have a restriction of the same manner?

    Good day to all of you in this forum,

    I'm a holder of a Business management bachelor degree as well as a Master in TESOL from a british university. Unfortunately, being a recent graduate i am neither a certified teacher (i acutally do not know what constitute being a certified teacher) nor do i have any teaching experience as of yet. I am also a native english speaker (lived in the UK for over 10 years) but i am not a british citizens, i am a french national. With all that being said i would like to know what my chances of teaching english in saudi arabia (or in the arabic peninsula) or even in China are .
