How can I secure job after TEFL Certification

Greeting to you all !!!

Am from Nigeria , but base in United Arab Emirate and I have my First degree in Computer Science from Nigeria and I also have some experience in Teaching while I was in Nigeria but not in UAE . But presently , I really want to teach here in UAE .... Please how can i go about it and its possible for me to get a job after finishing the TEFL Certification course online especially within UAE? I will be glad if I can get feedback as soon as possible .

    Hello Salisu:
    Welcome to the forum!

    In terms of UAE-specific positions, the general requirements across the board include (this might change over time):

    1. A Bachelor's degree, at minimum
    2. A current teaching license from your local government, or A TESL/TEFL certification, relevant to whatever subject you wish to teach (for example, if you wanted to teach math, you will need a teaching license in math; a TESL or TEFL is not a teaching license)
    3. Two years of relevant teaching experience at the required teaching level (for example, if you were applying to teach high school level English, then you would need to have had at least two years of teaching high school English; elementary or middle school level would not be accepted)
