How do you know which type of TEFL course to choose

I am a university student and looking to travel abroad and teach english as a foreign language. I am from Ireland and looking a the wide range of TEFL courses offered;

-100 hour online

-2o hour weekend tefl course

-50 hour classroom tefl.

How do I know which one I should choose and is there a minimum requirement for certification?
