Minimal Support from TA???

I sent an email to the contact information on December 19, 2016 and received a form letter back just today (January 6, 2017) with no answers to the questions I have asked.  Are there others who are feeling that they are not getting answers to questions before making life changes that affect not only themselves but their families?  I am a bit concerned that there is little to no support for those of us applying to jobs.  I have only applied for one job in the UAE, but have questions and would like to get a clearer understanding of the process.

    Hello Nancy;

    I just responded to your other post and I wanted to reassure you that we are here for support and during the holidays we were stretched thin. As for the process, once you apply to a position that you are interested in and qualify for, if you are chosen as a successful candidate, we will be in contact with you to set up an initial interview.

    Greetings Shirin,

    I know what its like working short staff and still trying to produce the same quality of work. "Kudos" to you. Please respond to my question whenever time permits.
    What is the next typical step after an "in review" button is placed beside a position that I've applied?

    Typically, if your application is put in review status, this means that you have moved one step closer to securing an initial interview. Keep an eye on your emails for any incoming messages from us, and I encourage you to apply to more positions that you might be interested in, in the meantime
