Profile Set Up Issues

Hello,

I am having a couple of issues setting up my profile:

1) I am unable to upload a photo of myself to my profile. The pop up box that allows me to choose a file is greyed out and half concealed behind the dashboard menu that is on the left hand side of the webpage. I am unable to click on the choose file button because of this (even though part of the button is visible, it does not activate when I try to click on it). I understand there was some website 'upgrades' recently, and was wondering if this was just another bug in the system. 

2) I am unable to see my resume in my documents. I uploaded it, and it appears to have uploaded succesfully (I have repeated the process a few times), yet when I click on the 'My Resume" link in the documents section, I keep getting an error message, and it will not let me view the resume I uploaded. I have applied for several things and am concerned that recruiters/employers are also unable to view my resume.

    Hi Charlen;

    Welcome to the forum! Please make sure that you have the right size and type of the files that you are uploading to your profile. I would recommend you to also update your browser to the latest version, and try uploading the documents once more. If your issues persist contact tech support and they would be happy to help you with it

    Teach Away Team,

    I am also having issues with setting up my profile. I am unable to unlock the documents section after I unintentionally closed it. Additionally, I get redirected to the main page when trying to add my last dependent. Any suggestions for fixing these problems?
