Technical error while uploading my resume

Hello,
I have uploaded my CV several times but there seems to be a technical error. When I click on 'View my resume', a blank page pops up. How do I fix this, which format is accepted (I have been using *.doc file extension) and how do I know that my CV is uploaded without any error?
