Would more dependents make me look less desirable to recruiters?

My husband and I have 4 children. I know the benefits listed state that they are for a spouse and up to 3 dependents. Would recruiters still be willing to hire me as long as I cover the expenses for the 4th dependent? Anyone have any insight?

    Hi Kimberly, this should not have an impact on your job applications, especially if the school offers benefits for dependents!
