Why do I get this message?

When I try to apply for some administrative positions, this message pops-up:

Your category (Certified Teacher) does not meet this job's requirements:

Director/Principal

You can not apply for this position.

On other administrative positions it does not. I am certified as both a classroom teacher and administrator with several years of supervisory experience. My Teach Away application indicates this information. Why is this occuring?

    What does it mean when it says all jobs I have applied for are pending upon review of the recruitment team?

    Hi Audrey,

    When you submit an application, our recruitment team will review it. This may take a few days and you'll hear back from one of our Placement Coordinators if your application has been successful. Hope this answers your question.

    Hi Clara,

    I'm sorry you've been having trouble applying. At the moment, the Certified Teacher category will allow you to only apply for positions in that category. To enable you to apply for all relevant positions to you, I recommend to go to your dashboard > My Professional Profile > Summary and you'll see a badge at the top of your profile that says 'Certified Teacher.' Click on this badge and change the category to Director/Principal, then select the length of experience you have at this level. You should then be able to apply for leadership positions.
