Direct hire positions

Hi all,

Is anyone else out there only being contacted by "direct hire" positions? I've had several offers from direct hires but seemingly not a single bit of interest from the job orders being managed via recruiters. Any thoughts or others with a similar expereience?

Perhaps someone from TeachAway would take a peek at my profile and give me some feedback? Still I have offers for administrator roles coming in from direct hire places but none are really speaking to me. TIA!

Hi David, I just took a look at your profile. Your profile does seem complete, and unfortunately I cannot view the reasons for why positions are closed. However, I can share with you that there are a limited number of principal/admin positions that we recruit for and they're very competitive, so that may be the reason why your apps are being closed.
