I didn't graduate? But I did!

Hello, I believe I checked all the boxes, but Teachaway is still telling me I didn't graduate from a University?

I believe I did, otherwise I spent 5 years in a university for nothing. 
(IE: I did graduate, I just can't figure out why it says I don't qualify cause I'm not a University Graduate)?

Help!

    Hi Justin:
    Welcome to the forum! If you are looking to apply to different positions with various minimum requirements, you simply have to change the title on your profile. For example if you are applying to ESL teaching jobs, amend your title to reflect that accordingly. This extra step is placed to make sure that all candidates are applying to the jobs that they qualify for
